11. Local Pick-Up/Meet Terms

Scheduled Pick-Up

  • Agreement on Time and Location: Once a pick-up location and time have been agreed upon, we kindly ask that you adhere to this schedule to ensure a smooth handover of your order.

Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: We understand that delays can happen. There is a 15-minute grace period from the agreed pick-up time. If you anticipate that you will be late, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • No-Show Policy: If you are not present within 15 minutes of the agreed time and have not communicated your delay, the pick-up will be considered a no-show.
  • Rescheduling: In the event of a no-show without prior communication, your pick-up will be rescheduled for a later date and time. Please contact us to arrange a new pick-up appointment.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana/United States of America and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
