Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kustom Kreations by D. Marie. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-7 business days to process before they are shipped. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the final payment is made.

4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.

5. International Orders: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

6. Damaged Packages: Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

7. Lost: Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping company, Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is no longer liable for the package. However, If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to try and locate your package.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment for added protection, please get in touch with us before completing your purchase.
