Customization Information

To create your custom design, please provide the following:

• School or Team Name
• School or Team Mascot
• Athlete or Person's Name
• Jersey/Player Number
• Any additional wording or information you would like included
• Photos you would like used in the design

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that all names, numbers, school/team information, and other details are spelled and entered correctly when submitting your information. Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.

Photo Quality Notice

The quality of your finished sign is directly dependent on the quality of the photos you provide.

For the best results, please submit clear, high-resolution, well-lit original photos whenever possible. Avoid screenshots, blurry or pixelated images, heavily filtered photos, and photos downloaded or saved from social media.

Low-quality photos may result in reduced print quality. Kustom Kreations by D. Marie cannot guarantee the quality of the finished image when low-resolution or poor-quality photos are submitted.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Shipping time begins after your custom item has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Please keep your event date in mind when ordering and allow enough time for both production and shipping.

Due to the personalized nature of this product, all custom orders are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once production has begun, unless an error was made by Kustom Kreations by D. Marie.

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen settings, photography, materials, and the printing process.
